1 General Terms and Applicability

• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — you may withdraw after completing ৳10,000 (1,000 × 10) in wagers from the bonus.
• A new bonus cannot be activated before the current bonus offer is fully used, unless ace78 specifically permits it.
• Winnings earned from bonus funds must meet the specified wagering conditions before withdrawal.
• ace78 may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion. Members will be informed of any changes to pre-existing offer conditions.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, ace78 reserves the right to cancel the bonus on the relevant account and suspend the account.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members on ace78 is our primary goal. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Gaining an unfair advantage through any form of cheating, hacking, or software manipulation.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses or promotional offers.
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity against other members.
• Attempting to break the platform's security systems or collecting information through unauthorized means.
• Any comments or activities that could damage the reputation of ace78.

For any of the above violations, ace78 may immediately close the account, seize deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.

6 VIP Program and Rewards

The ace78 VIP program is divided into three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends entirely on the member's gaming activity and platform usage. ace78 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.
